Who processes data

This is a demo website with invented data. In the real version the owner's details (www.citygraphnapoli.it/temi/casa-vacanze/) appear here. Sample contacts: info@mareblu-demo.it, +39 081 000 0000.

What data

The site has no forms that store data, no accounts and no visitor profiling. When you write, the form prepares your message and opens it in the app you choose (your email): what you send (name, dates, people, message) is received only by the owner and used to reply and prepare your stay offer.

Legal basis and retention

Data is processed to answer a request and for pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), for as long as needed for the request, any booking and legal obligations (such as reporting guests to the authorities as required by Italian law).

External services

Fonts and images are hosted on the site. Any links to external services (WhatsApp, social networks) open services with their own notices.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing using the contacts above, and complain to the data protection authority.
